Stirling Puzzler Leads Global 15-Day Jigsaw Challenge

Stirling puzzle enthusiast Vicky Clifford is nearing completion of a 15-day jigsaw marathon, aided by a local hotel and her global online community. The team, which includes participants who traveled from as far as Canada, has taken over the Academy Room at the Stirling Highland Hotel for the monumental task.

From 5,000 to 42,000 Pieces

Earlier this year, Clifford made headlines by completing a 5,000-piece puzzle in 24 hours as part of a fundraiser. Her latest challenge, however, is far more ambitious: a 42,000-piece puzzle titled "Around the World" by Educa. The team is currently 13 days into the 15-day effort and has made significant progress.

Live Streaming to Thousands

Throughout the challenge, Clifford has been streaming their work multiple times a day on her YouTube channel, @Vickymakesandbuilds, which has 31,000 subscribers. This allows fans to follow along in real time as the massive puzzle takes shape.

"We've had incredible support from the local community and viewers online," Clifford said. The hotel provided the venue for the event, which is expected to conclude within the next two days.
