PS Plus Extra June Games Announced With Staggered Release Dates
PS Plus Extra June Games With Staggered Release Dates

Sony has officially announced the next wave of PS Plus Extra and Premium games for June, but unlike previous months, the titles will not all launch on the same day. Instead, the releases are spread across several weeks, giving subscribers time to enjoy each game individually.

Headline Release: Final Fantasy 16

The standout title is the epic action role-playing game Final Fantasy 16, which arrives on PS Plus Extra roughly three years after its debut as a timed PS5 exclusive in June 2023. The game features stunning graphics and a mature story set in the land of Valisthea, where players control Clive Rosfield as he seeks revenge and uncovers a tale of tragedy and power struggles.

Other Major Additions

Joining Final Fantasy 16 are several notable titles, including Sonic X Shadow Generations, a remastered version of Sonic Generations with new content. Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Life is Strange: Double Exposure, Farming Simulator 25, Blades of Fire, and Black Desert are also part of the lineup. For Premium subscribers, the PS2 classic Gitaroo Man is included.
