The Nintendo Switch July 2026 release calendar is shaping up to be an absolute treat for gamers, with a couple of Switch 2 exclusives, remasters, and exciting new releases. After the hype of June's massive Nintendo Direct, the excitement continues through July, bringing big-name titles and hidden gems.
Major July Releases
Rhythm Paradise Groove kicks off the release schedule on July 2 for Nintendo Switch. The wacky rhythm game offers perfect party entertainment but can also be enjoyed solo.
Two major titles headline later in July. Splatoon Raiders arrives exclusively on Switch 2 on July 23, marking the first spin-off in the Splatoon series. Rather than traditional 4v4 multiplayer, it is primarily a single-player game where gamers explore islands, search for treasure, and fend off Salmonoids with new gadgets.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Switch 2 Edition launches on July 30, announced during the June 9 Nintendo Direct. It supports 4K resolution in TV mode on Switch 2, 60fps performance, and includes new in-game content for the beloved RPG.
