Love Island viewers were left seething after an exclusive clip aired on Aftersun, placing one couple at risk days before the 2026 finale. Following five contestants being eliminated last week, the villa has seen a dramatic reduction in participants.
On July 19, relatives and friends visited and shared their opinions on each couple. On July 20, the remaining Islanders will meet their loved ones, but a preview not yet shown left audiences disappointed by one contestant's behaviour.
Aidan's Wandering Eye
During the latest episode of Aftersun, presenter Maya gave home viewers an exclusive preview. Before showing the clip, she announced: "It looks like Aidan may have a wandering eye." In the footage, Aidan spoke to Jasmine's younger sister Bella, who asked if he and Jasmine were close. Aidan said they were "very close," and Bella responded: "You need to come to the house in London, we have parties."
Aidan expressed he was "excited," while Priya and other Islanders observed. Priya quipped: "He better not be cracking on." Later, speaking to Samraj and Lorenzo, Samraj mentioned he was concerned Aidan had been "chatting her up," to which Aidan admitted: "I was trying not to." He added: "I thought she looks cute man. She held herself very well, she's very attractive. She was like when we get out of here I want you coming around for parties and that I was like 'Yes please.'"

After the clip, Maya exclaimed: "Oh my god Aidan, not him going after Jas' sister can he chill out? Who's next?" Shakira was incensed: "Is he alright?" while Ellie confessed Aidan "just loves lipsing." Viewers at home were equally unimpressed. One person commented: "Only Aidan in the last week would still be exploring....family members of the other Islanders." Another remarked: "He is actually bonkers if he thinks Jasmine's sister would entertain him after how much drama he introduced between Jas and Kav."
A third vented: "Priya has been on an 8 week humiliation ritual This is just like crazy levels of embarrassment. I don't think an Islander has been mugged off this much before. Not even Danica or Helena." A fourth added: "He's actually unwell omg Priya better be treating this as a summer fling and not actually catch feelings."
A fifth stated: "I genuinely don't think I could have predicted this, but I should have expected it b***** h**l, younger brother Kavan with the older sister and older brother Aidan gunning for the younger sister this show is really something." On X, one person said: "Aidan flirts with Jasmine's sister AFTER meeting Priya's family?! That's a bold f****** choice." Another raged: "Can Lorenzo step up, and just tell Aidan off because of what he said, and he's fully disrespecting Priya by even saying that? Cause what the f*** is that? You fancy Jasmine's sister but you have someone in that villa who likes you, and you've met her family?"
Mixed Opinions
However, one individual commented: "I think Aidan is so sweet." Another previously stood up for the star: "Unpopular opinion but I love Priya and Aidan together. I think they are so genuine and I knew they'd end up together weeks ago - I know Aidan does flirt with everyone but the way him and Priya flirted seemed different to me. Love them!"
