Glastonbury 2027 tickets have sold out, but fans who missed the main sale could still secure a place at Worthy Farm next summer. General admission tickets went on sale at 9am on Sunday, October 4, and sold out in less than 45 minutes, following the sale of ticket and coach packages on Thursday, October 1, which sold out in around 30 minutes.
Spring resale confirmed
Organisers have confirmed there will be a resale in spring 2027, giving fans another opportunity to buy a limited number of tickets. The resale will include tickets that become available after cancellations or unpaid balances. The exact date has not yet been announced, but fans are advised to keep an eye on official Glastonbury announcements.
For the 2027 festival, the remaining balance on tickets bought during the October sale is due in the first week of April. Tickets that become available after fans fail to pay their remaining balance could potentially be offered during the spring resale.
Official warnings and ticket details
The festival confirmed the news on Instagram, writing: "Tickets for Glastonbury 2027 have now sold out. Thank you to everyone who bought one and we’re sorry to those of you who missed out on a morning where demand greatly exceeded supply. There will be a resale of any cancelled or returned tickets in spring 2027."
Any resale tickets are expected to be sold through the official See Ticket website, rather than third-party sellers. Fans should also make sure they are registered and ready to go when details of the resale are announced, as demand is likely to be high once again. Tickets for this year's festival cost £408 each, including the £5 booking fee, with postage and packing charged separately.
Glastonbury organisers have warned fans against buying tickets from unofficial sellers or sharing their registration details. Tickets are non-transferable and feature the photograph of the registered ticket holder, with identification checks carried out when festivalgoers arrive. Tickets bought through third-party sellers can also be cancelled, meaning fans risk losing their money as well as their place at the festival.
Festival dates and attendance
Glastonbury 2027 will take place at Worthy Farm in Somerset from Wednesday, June 23 to Sunday, June 27, with more than 200,000 people expected to attend. The festival is returning after its traditional fallow year in 2026, making the demand for tickets particularly high. For anyone who missed Sunday's sale, the best chance of getting a ticket is to wait for the official spring resale and follow Glastonbury's social media for the date and details.
