A two-time Call of Duty world champion has shared a 'no recoil' assault rifle build for Black Ops 7 that he claims makes winning 'easy'. Streamer Apathy, real name Bryan Zhelyazkov, recommends the MXR-17 assault rifle, which he says is ideal for newcomers as it can be used without unlocking.
In a TikTok video, Apathy stated: 'This class setup makes Black Ops 7 easy. First off, the MXR-17 has incredible TTK. It takes you out in just four bullets. On top of it all, it has amazing movement speed, great handling so you ADS and sprint the fire quicker, and has no recoil.'
He advises using the Gunfighter wildcard to equip up to eight attachments, though his loadout uses seven. He suggests skipping the optic attachment to avoid 'weird visual recoil'. For the muzzle, he recommends the Greaves Titan-R 7.62 compensator, paired with the Rift-M7 Barrel for improved damage range and bullet velocity.
Other attachments include the Quickstep Foregrip for movement speed and horizontal recoil control, the Vault Extended Mag (30 rounds), the Aria Assail Grip, and the Greaves Covenant Stock for movement speed. For lasers, Apathy says players can skip them or use the 3mW Motion Strike Laser, though he notes lasers can be seen by opponents. Finally, he recommends the Recoil Sync Unit fire mod for extra recoil control.
