EA Sports has launched Season 9 of EA Sports FC 26, featuring a free 96-rated Futties Icon Kenny Dalglish as the Level 30 reward on the Standard Season Pass. The new World Tour season, themed around the 2030 World Cup hosts Spain, Portugal, and Morocco, also celebrates Uruguay as the first World Cup winner and Argentina as a centennial host nation.
Season 9 Rewards and New Features
The Season Pass introduces six player items on the free track and seven on the Premium track, culminating in a 97-rated Futties Icon Jairzinho. A notable change is the inclusion of a Premium Pass Token at Level 22, which unlocks the Premium Season Pass without requiring a purchase. This token can be used immediately or saved for Season 10.
New Evolution consumables allow players to customise a unique National Pride player item. At Level 1, players receive a National Pride rarity shell evolution, with further upgrades available at Level 14, offering a +2 overall boost (up to 97) and +4 boosts to Skill Moves and Weak Foot ratings.

Other highlights include a 5x 91+ Rare Gold Players Pack and a 95-rated National Pride Franco Mastantuono on the free track. The Premium Pass offers 95-rated FUT Phenoms Warren Zaire-Emery and a 96-rated Futties Hero Lucio. A three-round Daily Knockout competition features National Pride Martin Zubimendi as the ultimate prize.
The Future World Tour introduces five weekly Objective groups celebrating rising stars: Rio Ngumoha (England), Estevao (Brazil), Lennart Karl (Germany), Can Uzun (Türkiye), and Eli Junior Kroupi (France). Completing any four groups unlocks a Futties Icon Frank Lampard. Futties Tokens replace Festival of Football Tokens from July 10, though FoF Tokens remain usable until the end of August.

Season 9 expires on August 13 at 8am BST, when Season 10 begins. The Festival of Football ends on July 24, suggesting Futties will start at 6pm BST that day and run for three weeks, consistent with previous years.
