EA Sports FC 26 is drawing to a close as the final major Ultimate Team event, Futties, approaches. Early leaks have revealed the first team of the five-week promo, featuring five 99-rated stars.
Release Date and Time
Futties Team 1 will launch on Friday, July 24, at 6pm BST (10am PT / 1pm ET), replacing the current Summer Stars promo.
Leaked 99-Rated Players
According to prominent leakers FUT Police and FUT Detective, the 99-rated players in Team 1 are:
- CB: Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool)
- CM: Valverde (Real Madrid)
- CM: Paul Pogba (Monaco)
- LW: Luis Diaz (Bayern Munich)
- LW: Claudia Pina (FC Barcelona)
Other players expected to receive special Futties cards include Jeremie Frimpong, Xavi Simons, Temwa Chawinga, Chloe Kelly, Georgia Stanway, Gabriel Jesus, and Jobe Bellingham. New Futties Icon and Hero cards are also anticipated, with additional 99-rated cards possible.
Expected Content
Futties typically includes re-released player items from previous events, adjusted Squad Building Challenge requirements, and themed objectives and tournaments. The Futties token store will be refreshed, and new evolutions are expected. The promo also transitions the game into pre-season for EA FC 27, offering rewards that carry over.
