Microsoft has revealed the upcoming titles joining its Xbox Game Pass subscription service for the second half of June and early July. While the lineup is not terrible, it is notably weaker than recent offerings in both quality and quantity. The two biggest games are the annual football simulator EA FC 26 and Call of Duty Vanguard.
EA FC 26 and Call of Duty Vanguard Lead the Pack
EA FC 26 will be available from June 18 for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass through EA Play. This release is timely, as the World Cup has just begun in North America, with the international tournament recently making its debut.
Before EA FC 26, Call of Duty Vanguard arrives on June 17 for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass. The game is set across multiple fronts of World War II, including stages in North Africa, France, and Stalingrad. It features a wealth of multiplayer modes and Zombies co-op action.
Additional Titles in the Lineup
The releases continue on June 25 with Abyssus, a roguelite brinepunk adventure described as an underwater first-person shooter for one to four players. It will be available for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass.
On June 30, the cooperative adventure game RV There Yet? makes its debut on Ultimate, Premium, and PC Game Pass.
Surprise Title in Early July
Microsoft has a decent surprise for early July: Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 comes to Game Pass Premium. This brilliantly addictive skating game remake features nearly 20 parks and over 30 skaters. All locations have been remade in stunning 4K while preserving the iconic gameplay that made the series popular since the late 1990s.
The wave of releases ends on July 6 with Winds of Arcana: Ruination, a 2.5D Metroidvania game for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass.
