Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and Dispatch were the joint biggest winners at the 2026 Bafta games awards in London on Friday evening, each taking three prizes.
Clair Obscur, which had 12 nominations, won best game, debut game and the performer in a leading role award for Jennifer English. Dispatch took awards for animation, audio achievement and performer in a supporting role for Jeffrey Wright.
Ghost of Yōtei was the only other multiple winner, claiming music and technical achievement. The post-apocalyptic epic Death Stranding 2, nominated seven times, won just artistic achievement.
In the British game category, Atomfall won, beating Two Point Museum and Power Wash Simulator 2. No Man’s Sky won evolving game, while Blue Prince took game design. Kingdom Come: Deliverance II won narrative.
The new intellectual property award went to South of Midnight, and Despelote won the games beyond entertainment award. Arc Raiders won in multiplayer, and Lego Party! won the family award. The Bafta Fellowship was presented to Ilkka Paananen, CEO of Supercell.
