EA is offering free in-game rewards for Battlefield 6 through Twitch Drops, giving players a chance to earn cosmetics ahead of the game's October release. The rewards can be unlocked by watching qualifying streams during the open beta weekends in August.
To participate, players must link their EA and Twitch accounts via the Twitch website. Once linked, viewers can tune into streams with 'Drops Enabled' to accumulate watch time. There are four Battlefield 6 Twitch Drops available, requiring a total of four hours of viewing to unlock all.
The rewards include the Mimic Weapons Package, which must be claimed by Monday, August 25 at 7:59am UTC. Players can track their progress in the Drops section of their Twitch profile and claim rewards through the Notifications tab.
In addition to Twitch Drops, players can earn cosmetics by completing in-game challenges during the open beta weekends, which run from August 8. PS5 players who participate in the beta will also receive an exclusive Advance Party Soldier Skin.
The early access beta began on August 7, with the first open beta weekend starting on August 8. Players have until the end of the beta periods to accumulate watch time and claim their rewards.
