Heather Graham reveals low mortgage on NYC penthouse after 25 years

Heather Graham has given fans a tour of her New York City penthouse, revealing that her monthly mortgage payments are surprisingly low after living there for nearly 25 years. The actress, set to appear in the fourth season of The White Lotus, told YouTuber Caleb Simpson that she pays just $3,500 a month.

Graham explained that she bought the apartment just before the 9/11 attacks and moved in the day after. 'I had my key, and it was September 11th,' she recalled. She was at the Toronto Film Festival and flew past the Twin Towers before being unable to enter the city. She stayed in Long Island and moved in on September 12, 2001.

The 56-year-old's home features spiritual motifs, including a large statue of Vishnu. 'I told my interior designer I wanted a world traveler vibe,' she said. The green-tiled kitchen and large dining table are designed for hosting. 'I like cooking for people. I want it to feel nurturing,' she added.

When asked about having children, Graham clarified she does not have kids and feels the younger generation is more open-minded about such choices. 'No judgment either way,' she said.

The apartment is now worth an estimated $3 million, adding to Graham's $20 million net worth. She also owns a $3.7 million home in Brentwood, Los Angeles. The tour comes as Graham announced her role in the upcoming fourth season of The White Lotus, which will film in France.
