Charlotte Tilbury has expanded its Airbrush Flawless family with the launch of a new concealer, the Airbrush Flawless Blur Concealer. The product aims to smooth, blur, and lock makeup in place for extended wear, with claims of up to 24 hours of crease-proof wear, water and sweat resistance, and doubled under-eye hydration.
The concealer has already made a red-carpet debut on celebrities including Teyana Taylor and Amal Clooney. It joins the brand’s existing Airbrush Flawless Foundation and other complexion staples, filling what the company describes as a long-standing gap in the market for a performance-led, skin-perfecting concealer.
In a review of the product, the formula was tested on clean, makeup-free under-eyes. After buffing with a fluffy brush and setting with the Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder, the concealer showed no signs of creasing, patchiness, or oxidisation after several hours. The reviewer noted that the finish was natural, despite initial concerns about high coverage.
The rose gold-capped tube features a diamond-shaped doe-foot applicator, which helps control product dispensation. The reviewer advised that two to three dots per eye suffice, as the formula does not set too quickly, allowing ample blending time. However, those with dry skin were advised to prep with moisturiser.
The concealer withstood a hot, crowded tube ride without budging, supporting the brand’s claims of sweat and waterproof ability. While the reviewer could not verify the claim of doubled hydration within an hour, the under-eyes never felt dry or tight during the testing period.
