A beauty writer has tested Charlotte Tilbury's new Magic Hydrator Mist, which is currently 20% off in the brand's sale until March 20. The £35 mist, reduced to £28, claims to deliver an 'instant dewy glow on-the-go' and diminish signs of 'digital fatigue' by 88%.
The mist contains hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, glycerin, and a unique Kombu extract, which is said to reduce visible tiredness. The writer applied it after cleansing in the morning and noticed a firming effect immediately, with a radiant 'glass skin' look developing within an hour.
She reapplied the mist in the afternoon to revitalise her complexion and found it enhanced her skin's glow and vitality. However, the mist did not brighten her under-eye area as hoped, and the spray dispenser required several pumps to cover the entire face.
The mist has a pleasant floral scent from 'White Tea of Bali' that dissipates quickly. The writer also noted that the opaque bottle makes it difficult to see how much product remains. Despite these minor drawbacks, she has incorporated the mist into her daily skincare routine.
