Alison Hammond and her 14-year-old son Aidan have shared a hilarious baking disaster on social media, leaving fans in stitches. The This Morning presenter posted a video on Instagram showing her attempt to make cookies, which ended with the treats sliding off the baking tray and Aidan's mixture forming an 'H' shape.
In the clip, Alison can be seen laughing uncontrollably as she lifts the tray, only for the cookies to slide straight off. She then questions her son about his mixture, asking: 'Did you just not want to melt your butter today? Did you forget?' Aidan replies: 'Maybe a little bit…'
Despite the mishap, Alison rated her remaining cookie eight out of ten for taste. She captioned the video: 'When @veryuk challenged Aidan and I to show off our lockdown baking skills, I wasn’t going to say no. Spending time in the kitchen with my son and cookies to boot? Count us in.'
