The Celebrity Traitors is returning for a second series on Thursday 1 October at 8pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer. Episodes will air twice a week, on Thursdays and Fridays, with the first episode reportedly running for 75 minutes as viewers meet this year's cast and Claudia selects her Traitors.
Who is in the 2026 cast?
The starting lineup includes Amol Rajan, Bella Ramsey, James Acaster, James Blunt, Jerry Hall, Joanne McNally, Joe Lycett, Julie Hesmondhalgh, King Kenny, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Maya Jama, Michael Sheen, Miranda Hart, Myha'la, Professor Hannah Fry, Richard E. Grant, Rob Beckett, Romesh Ranganathan, Ross Kemp, Sebastian Croft and Sharon Rooney.
There are usually three Traitors, but the last civilian series featured a secret fourth Traitor, leaving room for surprises in the 2026 celebrity edition.
What is the prize and companion show?
The celebrities are competing for a £100,000 prize for a charity of their choice. The companion show, The Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked, hosted by Ed Gamble, will follow straight after each episode. This year there are ten episodes instead of the usual nine.
