The first trailer for The Mosquito Bowl has landed, with the new World War 2 film heading to UK cinemas before arriving on Netflix.
Based on Buzz Bissinger's book The Mosquito Bowl: A Game of Life and Death in World War 2, the film charts an incredible true story.
Plot and Cast
The official synopsis reads: "Following the attack on Pearl Harbour, four of America’s top College Football stars set their fame aside to enlist in the Marines. As they prepare for the brutal invasion of Okinawa, they’ll play in a legendary game featuring some of the greatest players in history – a game that, for many, will be the last they ever play."
The film stars Nicholas Galitzine, Bill Skarsgard, Ray Nicholson, Tom Francis, Brent Comer and Dominic Bogart.
Release Dates
The Mosquito Bowl is out in UK cinemas from November 13 and hits Netflix on November 25.
