BBC Four at 10pm airs a documentary about the late singer-songwriter Beldina Odenyo, who died by suicide in November 2021, aged 31, shortly after a triumphant performance at Usher Hall in Edinburgh. Her half-sister Leah attempts to gather Odenyo's demos into an album, while the film also considers the trauma she lived with and the force of her music.
Bake Off fan week and other highlights
The Great British Bake Off on Channel 4 at 8pm introduces a first for the show: a week of challenges set by fans. Expect things to be even more chaotic than usual, as familiar faces enter the tent for the signature challenge and the bakers need to make wearable treats for the showstopper.
Anna Pigeon Mysteries on U&Drama at 8pm is based on the lead character in Nevada Barr's series of award-winning novels. Anna Pigeon is a straight-talking US national parks ranger who gets through each week with "work and wine". Her first case concerns the death of her colleague – and she doesn't believe it was the result of a mountain-lion attack.
Blue Lights and Stacey Dooley
Blue Lights on BBC One at 9pm returns for its fourth season. The Belfast cop drama, created by two former investigative journalists, answers what happened after a gunshot in that cliffhanger opener. Meanwhile, Blackthorn station is marked for closure, Tommy is struggling with heartbreak and Grace gets another nasty bit of news.
Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over USA on BBC Three at 9pm features Scarlet, 26, who is married with a young son and works as a sex worker at Mustang Ranch in Nevada, the sole US state where brothels are legal in some rural counties. While it's presented as a safer and more empathic option for sex workers, they must nevertheless earn their keep. As Dooley discovers, some, including Scarlet, may be paying an emotional price.
Gemma Collins documentary
Gemma Collins: Everything. All at Once on Sky One at 9pm is an unexpectedly frank and unvarnished series about the Towie star, covering family illness, fertility issues and her partner's drinking. In episode six, a change of scenery may help Gemma make some difficult decisions at this "pivotal point" in her life.
