True crime fans have been left horrified after watching a brand new release they say is a "shocking" watch.

The Big Cases is a hit true crime docuseries on the BBC that explores some of the biggest crime investigations, stories and court cases across the UK, from brutal murders to terror plots.
Each episode is a short, standalone instalment featuring its own investigation, and viewers are hooked. There are dozens of episodes currently available to stream online, from the tragic case of a two-year-old boy who was abused and killed by his grandparents, to a celebration in Liverpool that turned into seven minutes of chaos and devastation.
Funeral Home Horror episode
A synopsis for the series states: "From murder and corruption to terrorism and fraud - the investigations, trials and human stories behind the most compelling criminal cases."
Now, BBC viewers are just discovering a brand new episode that hit screens on July 31. The episode, titled Funeral Home Horror, lasts 30 minutes and contains "upsetting scenes" as it recounts the chilling story of a Hull funeral home.
A synopsis reads: "The chilling story of Hull’s funeral home horror. How an undertaker drowning in debt betrayed hundreds of grieving families. Robert Bush hoarded bodies, sold fake funeral plans and presented families with the ashes of strangers. His shocking crimes went undetected for years. The discovery led to one of the most complex investigations in Humberside Police’s history, with help from the National Crime Agency."

Branding it a "shocking" documentary, one true crime fan took to TikTok recently to share their disbelief. They said in a video: "Oh my God, I've just watched a documentary there... wow." They went on to say: "Very interesting, pretty shocking."
