Savannah Guthrie is set to host a television adaptation of the popular New York Times puzzle game 'Wordle', it has been officially announced. The 54-year-old 'Today' show co-anchor revealed the half-hour game show alongside Jimmy Fallon during Monday's broadcast of the program. Fallon, 51, has been brought on board as a producer, NBC confirmed.
The show is scheduled to premiere on primetime television next year. Guthrie's mother, Nancy, aged 84, remains missing. Guthrie returned to the 'Today' show on April 6 after a brief absence.
