What is The Marked Woman about?
The film opens with a young woman discovered bound and gagged inside a shipping container at Barcelona's port. She has no memory of her identity, and after being hospitalized, someone attempts to murder her. Police Sergeant Anna Ripoll (Candela Peña) and Corporal Quique Zárate (Pol López) take over the investigation, racing to uncover her past before her captors strike again.
Netflix teases: "They have to unlock the secrets in her missing memories before her captors make another attempt on her life." Detective Ripoll returns from a compulsory leave after a personal tragedy to lead the human trafficking case, reluctantly partnering with the "shady and frenetic" officer Zárate.
