Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury fans have been having their say after the boxer revealed the name of their second child on his shorts before fighting former world's strongest man Eddie Hall.
Reveal on Pay-Per-View
The name was revealed at close to midnight on Saturday on a pay-per-view boxing broadcast stream on DAZN, with Molly among the celebrities at ringside in Manchester. The couple decided to name the child Midas and reaction was mixed.
One joked, talking about the price of the stream: "£15 for the name to be Midas I give up." Another joker posted: "Why are all these men fighting at the Molly Mae baby name reveal?"
Mixed Reactions from Fans
Molly-Mae and Tommy announced they had welcomed their second child on Wednesday. The couple first met on Love Island in 2019. In March, Molly-Mae told fans that she and Tommy had chosen a name, saying: "I think we're pretty much set on a name now, which is crazy." She added: "I also just can't wait for everyone to hate it."
She continued: "Obviously it's a different name – we were never going to call our baby just an ordinary name, that was never going to happen. I've only ever heard of one other baby being called this name. I can't wait for everyone to probably dislike it and be like, 'What?'"
