Last month, Lewis, 41, was seen with Kim, 45, and her children, whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West, 48, during a family dinner. Now, the SKIMS star has given another glimpse into their relationship during a bike ride. Kim, sporting huge designer sunglasses and her hair in a sleek plait, looked happy and relaxed as F1 star Lewis, wearing a baseball cap and t-shirt, flashed a huge grin.

Six months ago, the pair sent fans into a frenzy when they were spotted together on New Year's Eve in Aspen. Friends for 10 years, Kim and Lewis then attended the Super Bowl together in February. In April, Kim made a 1,000-mile round trip just to spend 24 hours with Lewis, according to reports. The Kardashians star flew to London from Los Angeles on her private jet to spend time with her British beau. After landing in Hampshire, she was driven to Lewis' 18 million pound home in Kensington.

Sources close to the mother of four say her epic trip across the Atlantic was an effort to keep their romance alive amid hectic schedules. An insider told The Sun: "Lewis and Kim are two of the busiest people in showbiz, but they are determined to do everything to see each other when they have any spare time. Kim spent Easter weekend with her family and then had a photoshoot in Los Angeles on Monday morning, then flew across the Atlantic to see Lewis. They didn't have long together because she had commitments in the US to get back to, but it was quality time."
