Coronation Street viewers believe they have identified the killer of Theo Silverton, and it is not among the official suspects. Theo was found dead at the bottom of scaffolding during the soap's experimental Murder Week, which concluded with his demise.
The official suspects include Christina Boyd, Summer Spellman, Gary Windass, Danielle Silverton, and George Shuttleworth. However, fans have pointed to Theo's son, Miles, who made a brief appearance the night before the murder. One viewer wrote: 'Unusual to see Theo’s son, Miles, appear on the street for barely two minutes with no real purpose, only to walk off in disgust at his dad. Might be time to add Miles to the suspect list.'
Another fan commented: 'My money is on Miles killing his dad in #corrie.' A third joked: 'Can’t wait to sit through weeks of a "whodunnit" for a character nobody cares about, just for the killer to be some random like Miles.'
Theo's storyline involved him abusing his partner Todd Grimshaw, both physically and mentally. Actor James Cartwright, who played Theo, spoke about his exit, saying: 'When residents of Weatherfield decide you've gotta go, you've gotta go. Something needs to happen to him. He can't go on like that, we need justice.'
