Zara and Mike Tindall made a surprise appearance at Wimbledon today, joining the crowd at Centre Court for the Ladies' Singles second round match between Great Britain's Katie Swan and Madison Keys of the United States. The popular royal couple were seen sitting alongside Geri Halliwell-Horner, best known as a member of the Spice Girls, and her husband Christian Horner. Zara was spotted chatting with Geri during the match.
Royal Couple's Style at Wimbledon
Zara wore a blue and white striped collared shirt dress, paired with sunglasses to watch the match, and showcased her blonde bob with curls. Mike matched his wife in a white suit with a light blue collared shirt. The mother-of-three is known for her love of sport and often attends major sporting events.
Other Royal Attendees
Queen Camilla was seated in the Royal Box alongside her sister, Annabel Elliot, Zara's brother Peter Phillips, and his new wife, Harriet Phillips. Zara did not sit in the Royal Box due to her role as a brand ambassador for several luxury brands, including Rolex. Princess Catherine's mother, Carole Middleton, and sister, Pippa Middleton, also attended Wimbledon earlier this week on July 6. Princess Catherine herself attended Wimbledon on July 2 and was seated next to former Wimbledon champion Andy Murray.
Zara and Mike's Popularity
Zara and Mike are often considered two of the most popular royals, although they are not working members of the Royal Family. Their appearance at Wimbledon delighted fans, who appreciate their down-to-earth nature and love of sports.
