World Cup 2026: Celebrities Spotted Including Tom Cruise and Beckhams
World Cup 2026: Tom Cruise, Beckhams Among Celebrities Spotted

A British fitness influencer has shared her excitement after spotting numerous celebrities at the FIFA World Cup 2026, but some fans are less than impressed by the star-studded presence.

Celebrity Sightings at the World Cup

The 2026 World Cup, running from June 11 to July 19, is jointly hosted by the United States, Mexico, and Canada. With many matches on American soil, US celebrities are more likely to attend, as one influencer discovered.

Holly Brooks, a British fitness influencer based in Los Angeles, posted on Instagram a video of famous faces she encountered at a match. Among them were Hollywood star Tom Cruise, who signed flags for fans; actress Anya Taylor-Joy, known for The Queen's Gambit; and David and Victoria Beckham. Katy Perry and girl group KATSEYE also performed.

Other celebrities spotted include Paul Wesley from The Vampire Diaries, Romeo Beckham, and Denzel Washington. Reports also mention Ryan Reynolds cheering for Canada, Salma Hayek as a Global Ambassador, Sofia Vergara and Owen Wilson at Los Angeles Stadium, Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt at the USA opener, Halle Berry and Jamie Foxx together, and Jay-Z sipping champagne in a private box.

Fan Reactions

While the post gained over 135,000 likes, some fans criticized the celebrity focus. One wrote: 'Actual fans are priced out so people who already have everything can show up.' Another said: 'This is why it was such a bad idea USA hosting the World Cup as the focus goes on them and not on the team.'
