Vogue Williams has given birth to her fourth child with husband Spencer Matthews, sharing the first photos of their baby boy on Instagram.
The 40-year-old revealed her fourth pregnancy earlier this year. She and the Made In Chelsea star, 38, also share Theodore, Gigi and Otto.

Taking to Instagram earlier today, Williams confirmed the arrival with fans, posting a string of photos from her hospital bed.
