Vogue Williams has disclosed the contents of a private message she received from Katie Price's husband, Lee Andrews, after a heated online exchange. The Irish presenter and her podcast co-host Joanne McNally had criticised Andrews' whirlwind marriage to Price on their show My Therapist Ghosted Me, prompting a furious response from Andrews.
Lee Andrews Threatens to Expose 'Fake Boxers' and 'Sneaky DJs'
Andrews launched a scathing attack on the women, declaring he was prepared to expose "fake boxers, sneaky DJs, famous-for-nothing presenters, desperate exes, and desperate reality-relevant goons making money on my name and slandering my relationship with lies and gossip." He announced he would release a video at 10pm to back up his claims.
However, Vogue, who is currently pregnant, joked to her co-host that 10pm was too late for her as she now retires early. She took the initiative to slide into Lee's Instagram DMs, requesting he bring the release forward by an hour.
Lee Andrews Responds with Surprise Message
To her astonishment, Andrews not only saw her message but replied. Reading out his response on the podcast, Vogue said: "Oh, he said, 'haha, I didn't schedule it, but I'll see what I can do. Congrats on the baby to both of you.'"
She continued reading: "There are a few other things coming your way, but nothing detrimental. More on the gist of the recent events. Take good care." Joanne McNally chuckled and asked: "Did he just congratulate you on your baby and then threaten you in the same message? This is a wild morning."
Vogue was unfazed, remarking: "It's nothing detrimental. More in the gist of recent events. I'll be like, 'It's all in the name of Fun Lee, isn't it?'"
Row Erupted Over Criticism of Marriage
The unexpected feud began after Vogue voiced her opinions about Lee on the podcast. The Irish model and presenter branded the self-proclaimed millionaire as "taking the p**s out of everybody" with his "lies." She declared: "He's saying he's adopting the kids now. He is actually one of those people that I look at and I'm like, 'erghhhhh'."
When Joanne mentioned Lee's bogus assertions about securing a part on EastEnders, Vogue couldn't hold back: "He's taking the p**s out of everybody. This is why I have such a problem with it, I've likened it to being really stupid. He's trying to make people seem stupid and think that we actually believe his b******* and I can't bear it."
