Vogue Williams Slams Breakup Rumours Amid Spencer Matthews Time Apart
Vogue Williams Denies Split Rumours with Spencer Matthews

Reality TV star Vogue Williams has publicly slammed speculation that her marriage to former Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews is on the rocks. The rumours emerged after the couple were seen spending time apart due to their individual work commitments.

Podcast Fury Over 'Breakup' Claims

Addressing the gossip head-on during an episode of her popular podcast, My Therapist Ghosted Me, Vogue revealed to co-host Joanne McNally that she had been made aware of an unnamed source suggesting the pair were "headed for a breakup because they're spending so much time apart." Jokingly, she accused McNally of being the mystery informant.

The speculation seemingly stemmed from Spencer's absence in photos from Vogue's "girls' weekend" at the Glen Affric Estate in the Scottish Highlands. She clarified that he had, in fact, joined her on the Saturday. Vogue also pointed out that Spencer is about to embark on his own three-week project, further explaining their time apart.

A United Front Against Unwanted Speculation

Williams responded to the claims with unbridled scorn, questioning the narrative that couples must be inseparable to be happy. "But I'm like, can we not spend, like, any time apart?" she fumed on the podcast. "Do we have to be sewn together now to show that we're a united front?"

She passionately defended their right to focus on their individual careers without it triggering false speculation about the state of their relationship, stressing that she and Spencer remain blissfully happy together.

Gearing Up for the Jungle

The gossip mill is set to get fresh material as Vogue is reportedly poised to enter the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! jungle on Thursday. She will be joining the show alongside Celebs Go Dating personality Tom Read Wilson.

In comments made to the Mirror, Vogue pledged to stir up trouble in the camp, saying, "I wouldn't mind causing a bit of mischief, a bit like Traitors vibes. I don't want to annoy anyone, but I think I am very much willing to go along with the game."

Demonstrating her trademark organisational skills, Vogue revealed she is fully prepared for an extended stint away from home. "I have done all my Christmas shopping," she said. "I have done our food shops for the next four weeks. I have organised everything down to a tee because I kind of do all that stuff at home."

She also admitted the challenge of keeping her jungle entry a secret, especially from her children. "I had to be careful telling my kids, because they have a bigger mouth than me," she confessed, adding that she had been ignoring texts from friends asking for confirmation. Her children, however, are excited at the prospect of seeing their mother face bushtucker trials, having loved watching others "having an absolute nightmare" in the previous series.
