Strictly Come Dancing professional Vito Coppola has announced the release of his memoir, Love, Vito, sharing the news with fans on Instagram as he prepares for the 2026 series of the BBC One dance show.
The Italian dancer, who joined Strictly in 2022 alongside fellow pros Carlos Gu, Lauren Oakley and Michelle Tsiakkas, won the show the following year with former Coronation Street actress Ellie Leach. He has now returned to the dance floor ahead of the new series starting in September, but took time to celebrate the publication of his first book, which he first announced in March.

In a video posted on Thursday, August 27, Vito said: "Important announcement: My book LOVE, VITO is finally OUT!!! I am so happy and excited that I didn’t sleep last night and I am getting emotional writing this…"
He added: "Writing this book has been a journey and I am finally ready to share with you more about my life, my ups and downs. It’s my life through food, through my passion for dancing and the love for my family. This book is a part of my heart and this part is now yours as well!! Thank you for all your support."

Vito also noted that many bookstores had sold out, but new copies were being printed. He encouraged fans to purchase the book via the link in his bio, adding: "It’s made with love, because as I always say 'love is the best ingredient'."
He was quickly flooded with supportive messages, including from former Strictly partner Fleur East, who wrote: "Woooo!!!!! FINALLY! Congratulations partner." Other fans praised the book, with one saying they "literally could not put it down" and another expressing pride in his achievement.
