Vicky Pattison, the 38-year-old reality TV star best known for Geordie Shore, has declared that 'it's coming home' after England triumphed over Norway in the World Cup quarter-final on Saturday night. The match, held in Miami, saw England win 2-1 in extra time, with captain Harry Kane leading the team to victory.
From TV Glam to Hair Net
Pattison swapped her usual glamorous setup for a hair net as she worked with McDonald's at their epic watch party. She served attendees from the Golden Arches van, dishing out 9 Chicken McNuggets, World Famous Fries, and a legendary collectable cup. The event was part of McDonald's FIFA World Cup 26 Quarter Final celebrations.
Pattison told the Daily Star: 'It was incredible to team up with McDonald’s to host a watch party of the FIFA World Cup 26 Quarter Final! McDonald’s has always been part of our matchday ritual and our guests absolutely loved having McNuggets, Fries and of course a legendary cup to celebrate! It’s coming home!'
Family Dreams
Pattison was joined in the van by her husband, Ercan Ramadan, 32. Her optimism about England's chances comes after she spoke candidly about her desire to start a family. She said: 'I didn't think I'd be this age without a baby or a family. It's just the way the cookie crumbles and like how life sometimes presents you with different things and different opportunities. I've never really felt ready until now. It's wild but something just clicks, and the minute you feel ready it's like you need a baby straight away. And all my whole life I felt so content and so happy and so proud of the things I was doing, and now all of a sudden, because I don't have a baby, I feel a bit lost.'
The FIFA World Cup Meal is available at McDonald’s restaurants nationwide until Monday 13th July.
