Travis Barker, the Blink-182 drummer and fiancé of Kourtney Kardashian, has faced backlash after an old comment he made about an adult film star resurfaced online. The 46-year-old musician was criticised by Reddit users for his behaviour in October 2018, when he posed with adult entertainer Lena The Plug and her partner Adam22.
In the Instagram post, Barker commented on the photo, which featured the couple, and Adam22 replied: 'Will trade her for some famous merchandise.' Barker's daughter Alabama, now 16, responded with 'Ummmm' to the exchange. At the time, she was reportedly around 12 years old.
Reddit users expressed concern over the comment, with one stating they felt 'physically nauseous' and another accusing men with daughters of 'inappropriate behaviour on social media'. A third user questioned Barker's behaviour in his relationship with Kardashian.
Barker and Kardashian, who have been dating since last year, are set to marry. The couple are known for their public displays of affection, including a passionate kiss at the Oscars, which drew criticism from some fans who found it 'trashy'. Others questioned why Kardashian was invited to the event.
