The Traitors star Charlotte Berman has given birth to her first child, a daughter named Zoe, with husband Alexander. The 34-year-old announced the news on Instagram on Friday, sharing a photo of herself and her husband smiling in the sunshine while holding their baby.
Berman, who was a finalist on the BBC reality show, also posted a newspaper clipping with the birth announcement: “Nicholson on 21st April 2026 to Charlotte Xara Louise and Alexander Thomas Helby, a daughter, Zoe Clara Florrie. So wanted and so loved.” She told her 24,000 followers: “She’s here, our little Zoe.”
The post drew congratulations from fellow Traitors contestants, including Judy Wilson, Linda Rand and Freddie Fraser, as well as host Claudia Winkleman, who commented with heart emojis. Berman had announced her pregnancy over the festive period, sharing an ultrasound image and saying she was “quietly excited” and taking it “one day at a time”.
During her appearance on the show in January 2025, Berman revealed her fertility struggles, saying she would use the prize money for fertility treatment. She entered as a faithful but was recruited as a traitor in episode eight, eventually being banished and finishing in fifth place.
