No Doubt guitarist Tom Dumont has announced that he has been diagnosed with early onset Parkinson's disease. The musician shared the news in a social media video, confirming he will still perform at the band's upcoming Las Vegas Sphere residency.

Dumont, who joined No Doubt in 1988, said he experienced symptoms several years ago and underwent tests before receiving the diagnosis. He described living with the condition as a daily struggle but expressed gratitude for his career and the upcoming shows.

In his Instagram post, Dumont noted that he can still play guitar and music, drawing inspiration from others who have shared their health issues publicly. He emphasised the importance of raising awareness for prevention and research.

The band's residency at The Sphere in Las Vegas begins on May 6, marking their first shows in 14 years and their first since reuniting at Coachella 2024. No Doubt will be the first female-fronted band to perform at the venue.

Dumont's bandmates Adrian Young and Tony Kanal expressed their support in the comments, with Kanal saying he 'can't wait to get on stage with you again'. Frontwoman Gwen Stefani has previously spoken about the band's reunion, citing personal circumstances as a reason for their hiatus.
