Tasha Ghouri, the former Love Island star who appeared on Strictly Come Dancing last year, has been spotted with her new boyfriend, CBBC presenter Cam Whitnall, at a live show of the dancing competition. The 27-year-old was photographed smiling alongside Whitnall, who is also the managing director of the non-profit charity The Big Cat Sanctuary and whose family runs Hertfordshire Zoo.
The couple reportedly began dating in May, following Ghouri's split from Andrew Le Page at the start of the year. They went public in July when they were seen holding hands at Fearne Cotton's Happy Place festival at Gunnersbury Park. A source told The Sun: 'She met him after moving close to where he lives and they connected on social media. They were all over each other at the Happy Place Festival where Tasha was giving a talk.'
Ghouri and Le Page, who met on Love Island, ended their relationship earlier this year. A source claimed that her focus on Strictly drove a wedge between them, leading to their split in February. Le Page initially posted a fiery statement on Snapchat, accusing Ghouri of using the dating app Raya while they were together, but later softened his tone, saying: 'Things were said on both sides... I truly just want us both to move on and be happy.'
