Rick Hoffman, best known for playing Louis Litt on the hit US legal drama Suits alongside Meghan Markle, has left fans speechless after revealing a dramatic body transformation. The 56-year-old actor posted a selfie on Instagram showing off his weight loss, with many followers saying they did not recognise him at first.
From Louis Litt to a New Look
In the photo, Hoffman stands in front of a mirror, wearing a buttoned shirt tucked into grey trousers, giving a soft smile to the camera. Besides the apparent physical changes, he also sported a full head of hair, straying from his usual close-shaved look.
Hoffman appeared alongside Meghan Markle (who played Rachel Zane) for seven of the eight seasons of Suits. The cast, including Hoffman, was invited to the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in 2018.

Earlier this year, Hoffman discussed health challenges he has faced. Speaking in March 2026, he said: “At the age of 23, I had the biggest challenge I ever had. I got struck with major anxiety where I would be woken up, and I felt like I was jumping out of my skin 24/7 in this nightmare.”
He added: “I was diagnosed with OCD — but this was back in 1993 when nobody really knew what the hell that was — and when you see things from a different perspective like that, where you feel like your world is impending doom around the corner every day, you see the world incredibly differently than other people.”
He concluded: “Had I not had that happen, I never would have made it with any career. It was a real quick slingshot through life lesson to really know where you stand on this planet, which is just with everyone else.”
