Stacey Solomon, 34, and her husband Joe Swash, 42, enjoyed a rare night out without their children on Saturday to celebrate Joe's birthday. The couple, who have five children together, dressed in matching lilac outfits as they prepared to go out, with Stacey's father looking after the kids.
Stacey shared a series of Instagram Stories, including a video of her dress, which she said her sister had given her for Christmas. She later posted selfies with Joe, captioning them: 'Happy Birthday Joe. Mum & Dad are off OUT. Honestly we take the mick out of each other but I don’t know what I’d do without you. To the moon & stars & back again bub.'
The Loose Women panellist then revealed that her father had offered to have the children for the night. When she asked Joe where they should go next, he replied 'Bed', while Stacey suggested clubbing. Joe recalled his clubbing days but said he 'couldn't think of nothing worse'. Stacey then suggested a party, but Joe protested: 'We're not just going to some stranger's party, Stacey.'
Earlier in the day, Stacey shared a photo of Joe reading a birthday card and a clip of him cradling his new niece, writing: 'We went for brunch with Joe's family. His sister just had a baby. She's so amazing. Joe did his best to make me broody.' Stacey and Joe share three children: Rex, 4, Rose, 22 months, and Belle, 11 months. Stacey also has two sons from previous relationships, and Joe has a son from a previous relationship.
