Anthony Lees, the 37-year-old social media personality known as Spanian, has confirmed his separation from his wife of two years, Angela McColl, and introduced a new girlfriend in a series of social media posts. The news comes as he recovers from rhinoplasty, with a nose bandage visible in his videos.
In a Snapchat story shared over the weekend, Spanian was seen cuddling a young woman in front of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Reports suggest there is a ten-year age gap between the pair. He also posted a shirtless video showing off a knife kit while his unnamed date sat nearby.
Addressing the split, Spanian said in a video: 'I'm clearly separated... She thought it would be better if we separated and I lived here, and I did.' He attributed the breakdown to falling out of love and people changing.
Spanian and Ms McColl, who have a five-month-old son together, married in August 2023. Ms McColl had previously hinted at a tell-all about their marriage, changing her Instagram bio to 'Who the f*** did I marry coming out soon.'
The content creator, who has over one million YouTube followers, spent 13 years in prison before turning to content creation. He recently expanded his kebab business to Melbourne, where one of his trucks was targeted by arsonists in May.
