Simon Cowell's new boyband December 10 have opened up about the music mogul, revealing what he is truly like to work with. The seven-member group won Simon's Netflix series The Next Act back in 2025 and have been collaborating closely with the former X Factor judge ever since.
During an exclusive chat with the Daily Star on the Capital Summertime Ball red carpet, December 10's Seán shared: 'He's lovely! He's very lovely, very hands-on. Always chatting to us, always giving his feedback, his opinions, what he thinks is right, working with us. It's really nice, the relationship we have. He's like a mentor for all of us.'
Danny then joked: 'He's different to how you see him on YouTube Shorts, definitely!'
The boys performed at Wembley Stadium alongside fellow boyband icons including Take That and One Direction's Niall Horan, who entertained the 80,000 attendees with their classic hits. December 10 left the crowd screaming with their rendition of End of Beginning by Djo as they belted out the chart-topping hit while brushing hands with excited fans.
Our reporter asked the group who their ultimate boyband inspirations are. Nicolas said: 'I grew up on my mum's music so my boyband would be New Kids on the Block,' as Cruz added: 'I'd say JLS, I grew up with them.'
John excitedly joined in: 'We just went outside and watched Take That, they were performing Rule The World. That's one of my favourite songs so that was special for me!'
When asked about their dream collaborators, the boys listed off Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, Teddy Swims, Dave, Benson Boone, Katseye, and Billie Eilish as their top contenders.
December 10 head to Europe for live dates next, followed by a major UK tour in July.
