Rylan Clark has gone Instagram official with his new boyfriend Kennedy, sharing loved-up photos from their romantic trip to Florence, Italy. The This Morning presenter, 36, posted a carousel of images showing the couple posing with red wine at a traditional wine window, holding hands in a black-and-white close-up, and sightseeing around the city.
In the caption, Rylan wrote: 'A few days in florence with you. Popped into see Elizabeth and thank her for being part of our grand tour and had to see the Artemisia Gentileschi and thank her for being part of the bafta . A beautiful few days x'. Fans expressed their happiness for him, with one commenting: 'So happy for you both' and another saying: 'I’m so genuinely happy for you and Kennedy.'
The announcement comes after Rylan revealed last month in an interview with Louis Theroux on the podcast How To Be In Love that he is in a new relationship. He said: 'At this time, I'm very happy. Recently, I have gotten into a relationship, and it's great, and it feels very different to anything I've had before, which is a good sign to me.' He added that Kennedy is the first person he has introduced to his family since his split from husband Dan Neal in 2021.
Rylan and Dan Neal divorced in 2021 after Rylan admitted to cheating early in their marriage. Four years on, Rylan said he is 'loving what I've got at the minute' and has been open about the relationship despite his public profile. He also addressed speculation about a romance with Rob Rinder, his co-host on Rob and Rylan's Grand Tour, joking: 'Much as I love him, Rob isn't my boyfriend. I love him too much to marry him.'
