Romeo Beckham marked his 23rd birthday with a family dinner at Aki, an exclusive Japanese restaurant in central London, on Friday night. The celebration was attended by his parents David and Victoria Beckham, younger brother Cruz with his girlfriend Jackie Apostel, and sister Harper. The family adhered to an all-black dress code, with Romeo wearing a leather bandana and jacket, while Cruz opted for a bright shirt and jeans.
Guests enjoyed sushi, champagne, and cocktails before singing Happy Birthday. However, older brother Brooklyn Beckham was notably absent, failing to post a birthday message on Instagram. Sources close to the family indicated that Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz are no longer expected at Beckham gatherings, fueling ongoing feud rumours.
An insider told the Daily Mail: 'It was a lovely, low-key night for Romeo with his friends and family. Everyone wanted him to feel special, especially after what’s been a tough year. But of course, it’s always sad when one chair at the table is left empty.'
Brooklyn's absence follows reports of tension, including his skipping David's 50th birthday and his vow renewal with Nicola, which neither parent attended. Despite this, Romeo received birthday wishes from celebrities like Justin Bieber, who commented on his Instagram post.
