Mia Regan, 22, sat in the front row, dressed in a sheer black mini dress and tights, watching her former partner and Amelia walk the catwalk. Romeo and Mia ended their on-and-off relationship in early 2024 after five years, with Romeo stating on Instagram: 'We still have a lot of respect for each other, and still hold a strong friendship.'
Mia was previously linked to Henry O'Sullivan but is now reportedly single. The awkward encounter comes shortly after Romeo's 23rd birthday, celebrated with a private family dinner at Japanese restaurant Aki in Marylebone, where guests partied until 2am.
Notably absent was Romeo's older brother Brooklyn Beckham, who did not attend the celebration nor send a public birthday message. The brothers' relationship has been strained, with reports of Brooklyn unfollowing Romeo and Cruz on social media in July, though a source claimed Brooklyn was unaware of the unfollowing.
