Richard Hammond, the former Top Gear presenter, has been spotted with a new girlfriend following his separation from wife Mindy last year. According to a report by the Daily Mail, Hammond, 56, is now in a relationship with Kiki Glen, 53, a therapist and divorced mother of two.
First Relationship Since Split
A source close to the couple told the publication that this is Hammond's first romantic involvement since his marriage ended in 2025 after 28 years together. The insider stated: “Richard is having fun and really appreciates he's lucky to have someone he shares such a spark with. He wasn't expecting to get into a relationship so quickly, but he's not complaining. It's early days but they're happy to see where it goes with no pressure.”
Public Confirmation
Hammond himself confirmed he is dating again earlier this month. In his column for The Telegraph, he wrote: “I tend to eat relatively early. Sometimes it's just me; sometimes I'm with my girlfriend; sometimes friends are still around. I'm perfectly happy with a quiet evening watching television.”
Spotted Together in Wales
The pair have now been photographed together in Abergavenny, Wales. Hammond was seen carrying shopping bags while dressed in jeans and a khaki jacket, while Kiki wore white trousers and a light blue shirt. Local residents reported seeing them at a nearby pub. A staff member said: “They come here all the time, at least ten times since they moved here.”
Previous Public Appearance
Hammond also brought Kiki as his guest to the launch of YARD-O-LED in London Piccadilly last September, where they posed for pictures. Kiki lives in Oxfordshire and worked as a teacher before becoming a therapist. She was previously married to Richard Newall, 65, with whom she shares two daughters aged 26 and 24. Hammond shares daughters Izzy, 25, and Willow, 22, with his ex-wife Mindy.
