Peter Andre has spoken positively about his ex-wife Katie Price's marriage to Lee Andrews, saying he only wants her to be happy. The 53-year-old singer, who shares children Junior, 20, and Princess, 18, with Price, made a truce with her last month after years of animosity following their 2009 split.
In an interview with The Sun, Andre reflected on his own strict upbringing and said he once asked his father if he had ever considered what made him happy. He applied the same logic to Price, stating: 'So my thing to Kate is, “Are you genuinely happy? And if you are, then that’s great”. Who am I to tell someone what they should or shouldn’t be doing? Or even giving an opinion about it? I want her to be happy.'
Price, 47, married Dubai-based businessman Lee Andrews just days after meeting him on Instagram. However, questions have been raised about Andrews's background. The Mirror revealed in January that claims on his LinkedIn page, including being a 'Member Of The Board Of Advisors for the Labour Party', were false. A Labour Party insider said: 'We don't have a “Board of Advisors” and this individual doesn't work with us.'
Further investigation found that images of Andrews alongside Elon Musk and Kim Kardashian appeared to be AI-generated. A source told the Mirror: 'Kim doesn't know him; the photo is faked.' Price has defended her husband, resharing a quote about rumours and loyalty.
