Princess Andre speaks out as Katie Price and Peter Andre end feud

Princess Andre has broken her silence after her parents Katie Price and Peter Andre finally ended their long-running feud. The former couple, who split in 2009 after four years of marriage, have signed a legal contract agreeing not to speak negatively about one another.

The truce came this month with a joint statement, their first in over a decade. Princess, 18, described the development as a 'relief', saying she is happy that her parents have agreed to move forward on good terms. She told The Sun's Fabulous magazine that it will make life easier for herself and her brother Junior.

'It is definitely a relief, and I feel like now as a family, we can all be happy,' she said. 'It's also going to be nice to not have people asking me and Junior about our parents' issues and putting us in the middle.'

In the joint statement, Katie said on Instagram that the pair had decided to 'close the door on the past' and were focused on creating a calm and supportive environment for their children. The statement added that they would not speak negatively about each other going forward and wanted to stand united.

Princess's comments come after months of public friction, including claims from Katie that she had been painted as the 'baddie' over Princess's reality show, which Peter denied. Peter is now focused on his marriage to Doctor Emily, while Katie is currently in Dubai with her fourth husband, Lee Andrews.
