Prince Harry 'bored, lonely and homesick' before UK return

Prince Harry is said to be bored of his life in America and lonely. This is one of the purported reasons why he and his wife Meghan Markle are set to move back to the UK later this month after years in California.

Reasons for the move

The couple left their roles as working members of the Royal Family in January 2020. It is understood that this will be for an 'extended period' and there will be no change to the couple's role and status as private individuals and non-working members of the Firm.

Now, it has been reported that Harry is said to have been 'desperately lonely'.

Lack of close friends

'He doesn’t really have any real friends in the area except for (fellow polo player) Nacho (Figueras), and Nacho travels constantly for polo matches,' a 'friend' told News Nation. They added: 'He is still very close with the ‘band of brothers’ who were at his wedding — particularly Guy Pelley and Mark Dyer, but they live in England, and the time zones are so different it’s very hard to talk regularly.'

The prince apparently hangs out a lot with his bodyguards.
