Pete Wicks has been flooded with praise after revealing he recently spent time in Thailand filming a special for his popular dog show, For Dogs' Sake. The reality star and podcast host released his own series for U&W last year, which he called "a real passion project," in which he joins the Dogs Trust in Basildon, Essex, to help rehabilitate canines and find them a new forever home.
Series Success and Return
After the success of the first series last year, he returned with a second and a Christmas special. The popularity has continued to soar, with a third series airing earlier this year, along with an announcement of a fourth series, which Pete has promised will be full of "raw emotion and real stories."
It was also confirmed at the time that there would be a two-part overseas special, which would see Pete go beyond the UK for the first time on the show. This week, Pete revealed he had returned from Thailand, where he had been filming.

Alongside a string of pictures of himself with various dogs as he appeared to look at the work of a rescue clinic in the country, the former The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE) star wrote on Instagram: "I can’t wait for you to see what I’ve been filming over the past few weeks… @petewicksfordogssake Thailand Special.
"So many incredible people in an incredible country but most importantly it’s all about the dogs. It reminded me why we don’t deserve these beautiful souls. I laughed, I cried, my heart broke at times but my love for dogs remains constant. I’ll share more about this when I can but for now, Series 4 of @petewicksfordogssake is COMING VERY SOON!"
