Strictly Come Dancing star Pete Wicks was seen leaving a North London dance studio with professional dancer Jowita Przystał on Thursday evening, fuelling speculation about their relationship. The 36-year-old TOWIE star and Jowita were photographed leaving the studio at around 7pm, with Pete walking ahead carrying a large bag and smoking a cigarette, while Jowita followed behind holding her mobile phone.
Body language expert Judi James analysed the pair's interactions, suggesting that while Jowita's behaviour might resemble that of a 'teenager with a crush', Pete's signals were less clear. James noted that Pete's most authentic displays of affection have been seen with Maura Higgins, but with Maura now in the I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! jungle and insisting she is single, attention has shifted back to Jowita.
James warned fans to be cautious about 'showmance' relationships, stating that acting out relationships is part of the job for reality stars. She added that in the photos, Pete appeared oblivious to Jowita, who threw him adoring glances, but this could be a motivational technique rather than genuine romance.
In October, Pete denied romance rumours with Jowita during an appearance on This Morning, telling host Alison Hammond that they have 'great chemistry' because they have become good friends, but insisting it is not a 'love bubble'.
