Paloma Faith has announced the birth of her third child, a baby boy, with a heartfelt Instagram post. The singer shared a black and white photo of her hand holding her son's, revealing he arrived earlier than expected on Friday, March 6. The newborn spent three days in neonatal intensive care (NICU) before being discharged home.
Faith praised the midwives who assisted her, writing: 'The midwives and team around me were incredible, particularly Claire Mellon & Associates, Pat and Beth Graham Midwife.' She added: 'Today we go home! As usual it's not easy, I'm engorged already, day three intrusive thoughts, in love with my partner and my kids more than ever. Just taking it all slow. C sections ARE PAINFUL! He's perfect and wonderful. Breastfeeding is hard!'
The 44-year-old singer-songwriter announced her pregnancy in October 2025, showing off a surprise baby bump on Instagram. She already has two children, born in 2016 and 2021. Faith's partner is Stevie Thomas, a director of Birmingham music venue The JamHouse. The couple went public with their relationship in March 2024, three years after her divorce from artist Leyman Lahcine.
Fans and celebrities sent congratulations, including Alan Carr, Claudia Winkleman, Dr Amir Khan, Nicola Roberts, Kate Garraway, and Laura Whitmore. Faith previously told Women's Health magazine that becoming a mother was a 'massively life-changing experience' and that her past relationship ended because of her children, adding: 'I think that was worth it.'
