Olivia Attwood has revealed the emotional toll of her split from footballer Bradley Dack, admitting she cried herself to sleep so intensely that she feared she might pass out. The 34-year-old TV presenter spoke candidly on the Extra Dirty podcast, recorded during a girls' trip to New York last month.
Attwood, known for her appearances on Love Island and This Morning, said she chose not to share her distress publicly. 'I'm not going to video myself crying and put it on the internet,' she explained, adding that she would 'slap myself in the face and go to work' after crying episodes.
The split, announced in January, reportedly stemmed from allegations of infidelity by Dack during their decade-long relationship. Attwood described the breakup as her hardest yet, noting that the relationship spanned over ten years on and off. 'We both tried so many things to make it work, so of course it's just so sad,' she said.
Despite the pain, Attwood confirmed she is dating again, though she avoided confirming whether she is seeing close friend Pete Wicks, with whom she was recently photographed kissing. She described her ideal man as having 'a cool sense of style,' tattoos, a beard, and confidence.
